We’re Here Too

We’re Here Too brings together people who want to see more opportunities for all older people to be able to participate in the issues that interest them. These events were organised by Outside the Box and Scottish Care. They are part of the Making Choices and People as Partners projects funded by the Scottish Government to support the implementation of Self-directed Support.

Older People’s Forums

Outside the Box have put together a list of Older People’s Forums and participation groups in Scotland.
This list brings together information about forums that give a collective voice for older people in Scotland

Make it Happen

Falkirk District now has its own forum for people over the age of 50 called Make It Happen, supported by Outside the Box. The aim of the Forum is to give older people a strong, collective voice in the area and provide people with the opportunity to improve things and Make It Happen.
